3. When you click “OK” a link to your file will be created and added to your website.
4. Make sure you test it after uploading to ensure it will work for your visitors! Just save your website and preview it as a visitor would see it.

How it works:

3. Customize your form by changing the names of the fields, adding new fields, customizing the “Submit” button and more.
4. Under the “Settings” tab is a field for editing the email address the form submissions are sent to, as well as a customizable completion message. This is the message that your site visitor will see after successfully submitting your form.
5. Once you are done customizing your form, click on “Save” and then Preview your form.
