Having never made a website, I discovered Tiptopwebsite and gave it a try. I found it very easy to use and found some very helpful tips on the blog. I just chose one of the templates that I thought looked best for my business, then added some text and contact information - and that was it. I plan to add more pages later but for now I have a internet presence for just one dollar - not bad at all! I am impressed by the service.
